Since the taste of corn is sweet, after few months of blood exchange during the fattening period, 
the meat of the livestock is soft, juicy, without grassy taste, and very rich in beef flavor.

Grade: Prime by USDA 
The USDA grade shields are highly regarded as symbols of safe, high-quality American beef. 
Beef is graded in two ways: quality grades for tenderness, juiciness and flavor; and yield grades for the amount of usable lean meat on the carcass. 

Part: OP rib
Ribeye without the rib bone trimmed. 
The bone adds moisture and the advantage of the flavor of the marrow of the bones subtly wafting through the finished product. 
Ribeye is cut from the 6~12th ribs. Since this part of muscle is lack of activity, the meat is juicy, flavorful, tender, with right amount of marbling fat. 
Very suitable cooked over dry-heat, such as broiling, grilling and sautéing.
