The pride of Spanish: Iberico pig 
Iberico pig, Celtic breed and Asian pig are the three major most completed strains, derived all other strains. 
Iberico pigs are mainly raised in the southwest and west of Spain. 
Their head is small, the nose is big, the ears are drooping and cover the eyes, the limbs are thin but the thighs are flat. 
The weight of Iberico pig is relatively lighter than many other pig breeds, thus, ideal for foraging; it can easily adapt to the wet winters and dry summers of the Mediterranean basin. 
Iberico pigs consume a lot of acorns in the winter, and the oleic acid from the acorns can be preserved is the feature of Iberico pig. 
The color as deep as beef, meat is tender and juicy, and the muscle fat is incredibly delicious!!
